Power Vinyasa - This is a fast moving vinyasa class taught in a heated room (85-90 degrees) to help with flexibility and detoxification. The sequences will be challenging with more transitions.  Modifications are always given and all levels are welcome, but this class is most suitable for intermediate students and above. Please bring a towel and water.

Heated Flow - This is a slower moving vinyasa class taught in a heated room (90-95 degrees) which allow further hip opening, upper body and core strengthening. The slower pace allows the student to deepen the stretch for several breaths and build strength. Please bring a towel and water.

Hatha I   - No yoga experience necessary.  This basic class has minimal or no flow. Students will learn twists, stretches and hip openers while strengthening their bodies with various poses. This class will promote active breathing and relaxation with a guided meditation. Students will be challenged but this is a gentle class.

Yoga Basics - No yoga experience necessary, This class will introduce the student  to the practice with the foundations of yoga, sun salutations, postures and breathing exercises. The class will end with a short meditation and relaxation.

Mixed Level Flow - All levels are welcomed to this class, but if you are new to the practice, it is suggested you take a beginner class first. This class combines strength and power while synchronizing the movement and the breath. The class is designed to build heat and stimulate the nervous system. Modifications are always given and options are given to challenge the advanced student.

Restorative- This class is for all students seeking a very gentle, relaxing, restorative practice. Restorative will help deepen the range of motion and release stress and tension. Students with injuries, arthritis or those with a regular practice will benefit from this class. No yoga experience necessary.

Yin - Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas that are held for longer periods of time. For beginners it may range from 45 seconds to 2 minutes. For advances students, it could be 5 minutes or more. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body - the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner peace.

 Yogavotion This class is an all levels vinyasa flow class. The class will begin with a short devotion and meditation, then begin the yoga practice. 


 All classes are one hour.

 For your first visit, please arrive about 20 minutes early to sign a waiver or you can create a profile from the button below and sign a digital waiver. After your first class, please arrive a few minutes early as we start the classes on time. Once the classes begin we cannot allow late arrivals as it can be disruptive to the other students and can be unsafe for the body if it is not warmed up slowly.
