Rapid memory recall improves with daily meditation.
Meditation is linked to more creativity and new ideas.
Meditation can result in brain changes that protect against mental health conditions.
This Challenge will be going on for the entire month of May. We will have our Challenge Boar at the desk to keep track of your Meditation practice. Classes marked with an "MA" will count towards this challenge. And T shirts will be given to everyone who completes the 21 days.
