Yin Yoga is a meditative and healing practice which focuses on nourishing and strengthening connective tissues, fascia, joints, bones and ligaments. Each floor pose will be held between 2-5 minutes.
Holding poses allows the student to experience the pose and experience the mental and physical state of the body. Following the asana portion of the class, There will be a guided meditation. Students will be guided through an active visual meditation. All levels of practitioners are welcomed.
