Should I eat before class?
No, you should not eat at least two hours prior to class. Yoga on a full stomach is not a good idea.
What should I Bring to class?
You should bring a mat and water. If you are taking one of the heated classes, you should also bring a large towel.
What do I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothing! Something you can move in and don't mind getting sweaty. If you taking a heated class, you might want to bring a change of clothes.
What is the room temperature?
The is 75 degrees, unless otherwise noted. At 75 degrees, you will still sweat.
What Time should I arrive?
Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to class on your first visit. This will allow time to sign a waiver and answer any questions you might have, you can also sign the waiver online from our Pike 13 website.
After that, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time to set up your mat and props. To be mindful of everyone's time, please understand we will start the classes on time. We do not allow late arrivals to class, as this is disruptive and can be unsafe for the body if not warmed up properly.
What is the inclement weather policy?

How old does my child have to be to attend class?
Children need to be at least 12 years old to attend class with a parent. We will have workshops for younger children during the school breaks, we will keep you posted.
