26 Day Challenge

Starting on January 1, 2016, We will be hosting a 26 day challenge.

Why 26 days??

Because we are closed on Sundays.

It is freefor members and clients to participate and we will have a board at the front desk to record your participation. We want everyone to practice for 26 days or 26 times, meaning if you miss a day, you need to come to two classes to make up for the day your missed.


We will have prizes throughout the challenge!
