Athletic Yoga Training (AYT)


Athletic Yoga Training ( AYT) consists of four 75 minute classes and designed for all levels of athletes from high scholl to professional. AYT will help enhance athletic performance by preventing injuries, increasing flexibility, decreasing inflammation and addressing muscular imbalance. The student will learn mental techniques to stay focus in high pressure situations.

Investment - $70.00 for all four sessions.
